Based in Harford County Maryland, YRN Designs LLC was created to be the bridge between clients dreams and effective business execution. Starting as a custom apparel company in 2015 it has grown into a multifaceted branding and consulting firm that is still rooted with family values. The two-tier approach with personal and professional clients allows YRN Designs to meet their wide range of clientele needs. YRN Designs specializes in small business consulting and branding with services such as client consulting, coaching, and brand development. YRN Designs is also committed to providing consumers who non-business owners with retail services such as photography and apparel. Some of the various photographic services are events, engagements, weddings, and live sports.

With over 10 combined years of teaching experience at both the K-12 & Higher Education level as a business teacher and coordinator, I look forward to being able to help business owners and everyday people solve problems that they may have. My love for helping people comes from my passion of teaching. I love being able to develop a lesson from start to finish & watch as students learn and develop. To me, that's going to be the key difference in YRN Designs & other consulting businesses moving forward. We are going to incorporate our love for teaching and experience with the content to develop actual plans the same way we develop lesson plans and worksheets to make things more attainable for our clients.

Ri-Chard McCarthy has over a decade of experience in education and professional development training. A strong advocate of project-based learning, he involves his students in a variety of industry standard and technology-infused activities that provides them with opportunities to use their troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to solve real-world problems in business and technology. He uses the instrumental leadership model to form authentic relationships with clients by providing clear goals with the understanding of normal life factors that may form as obstacles.
